Lead and manage LTE and Telecom projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
Identify risks and implement quality control measures.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma (EC, EP, IT, BE, Management).
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Minimum 5+ years experience in Telecom Project Management.
Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
English (Intermediate/Advanced).
Willing to travel to field sites.
