An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Plan, monitor, and coordinate assigned projects, including project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
  • Requirement & Scope Management: Review PRDs and supplementary documents, facilitate requirement clarification, track scope changes, and ensure business requirements are sufficiently clear for technical assessment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate Business Owners, IT system owners, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive project progress and timely decision-making.
  • Project Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, identify delays, risks, issues, and dependencies, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Project Delivery: Coordinate solution finalization, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and launch readiness to ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
  • Reporting & Escalation: Prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and promptly escalate critical issues, delays, and decisions beyond delegated authority to the Team Manager / Program Manager.
  • PMO Governance: Ensure compliance with PMO processes, project documentation standards, review procedures, and reporting requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, project management, business analysis, or system implementation is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional IT projects or software development projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, SDLC, requirement management, risk management, and project reporting.
  • Experience in telecommunications, billing systems, digital products, or system integration is an advantage.
  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM or PMP) is an advantage.
