Manage crisis communication, ensuring timely and effective responses to protect the brand’s reputation.
Oversee media coverage, prepare reports, and analyze the impact of PR activities.
Organize and coordinate events, including press conferences, product launches, and media interactions.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, HR, operations) to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Coach and support company spokespeople for media interactions and public events.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and thought leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media management, preferably with leadership experience.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing media relations and crisis communication.
Excellent understanding of brand communication and reputation management.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PR analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, or Muck Rack).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
