Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase products while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain stock availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale and bulk sales customers.
• Conduct field visits to promote company products and develop long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales agreements, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate order packing and delivery schedules to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Work closely with store operations, warehouse, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient order processing.
• Prepare purchasing and sales reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support company sales campaigns and perform other duties assigned by management.
• Coordinate with all Branch Supervisors to consolidate purchase requirements, ensuring requested SKUs, quantities, and specifications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time to support uninterrupted store operations.  

• Experience in purchasing, sales, or any retail business
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with POS or inventory systems.
• Willing to travel for supplier meetings and customer visits.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
