· Arrange demand planning and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of agricultural products. (Fertilizers, Crop Protection Products, Foliar Fertilizers and Seeds)

· Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align inventory with seasonal demand, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasts.

· Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.

· Plan inbound transportation to minimize demurrage, detention charges, truck waiting time, and logistics costs.

· Coordinate delivery schedules based on warehouse capacity and operational requirements.

· Resolve operational issues between warehouses, transport providers, customs agents, and logistics partners.

· Coordinate timely supplier payments according to agreed payment terms.

· Work closely with the Finance Department to arrange payments for customs duties, freight charges, and other logistics-related expenses.

· Bachelor's degree. (More prefer Dip in Supply Chain Management or a related field).

· Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, import/export management, preferably in the agricultural input industry.

· Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, import procedures, customs clearance, and logistics operations.

· Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.

· Willing to travel to warehouses, ports, suppliers, dealers, and business partners as required.

· Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers and logistics partners.
