  • Manage, control, and update all ISO documents (Policies, Procedures, WI, Forms, Manuals).

  • Ensure all controlled documents follow correct format, revision, version control, and approval process.

  • Maintain soft-copy and hard-copy document control systems.

  • Distribute updated documents to relevant departments and retrieve obsolete versions.

  • Ensure ISO compliance with document numbering system and filing structure.

  • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.

  • Work with department heads to update SOPs, processes, and forms.

  • Prepare and organize documents required for internal & external ISO audits.

  • Assist auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal ISO Committee / Quality Team.

  • Maintain master lists for documents and records.

  • Degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Certificate in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Document Controller or ISO-related role.

  • Experience in manufacturing,

  • Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 and Implementation.

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.
