We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA/QC Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance
and quality control functions for our edible oil extraction and refinery plant. The successful candidate
will be responsible for maintaining product quality, food safety compliance, laboratory operations, and
continuous process improvement.

* Manage overall QA/QC operations for extraction and refinery processes
* Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods quality
* Supervise laboratory testing activities and ensure testing accuracy
* Control product specifications including FFA, moisture, peroxide value, color, and impurities
* Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems
* Coordinate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and procurement departments
* Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
* Prepare QA/QC reports, COA, and audit documentation
* Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
* Lead and train QA/QC staff and laboratory technicians
* Support continuous quality improvement and yield optimization activities

* Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related
field

* Minimum 5 years experience in edible oil extraction or refinery industry
* Experience in laboratory management and food safety systems
* Strong knowledge of refinery process and edible oil quality parameters

* Leadership and team management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and reporting skills
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Excel)

Preferred Qualifications
* HACCP or ISO Internal Auditor certification
* Experience in physical and chemical refining process
* Experience with edible oil laboratory instruments
