Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to meet company standards and customer requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Provide feedback to production teams to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrence
  • Ensure products are of the highest quality through inspections and testing.
  • Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure consistent production quality.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3years experience in Quality Control, inspections, testing in any mechanical or automotive fields, able to prepare Quality Control Technical reports.
  • Knowledge of automotive and manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and related standards.
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem solving, and root cause analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good relationships internally and externally
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Working beyond office hours when the need arises.
