Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials against approved specifications.

Prepare a monthly report on incoming sunflower seeds.

Weekly check production workers' personal hygiene.

Coordinate with Procurement for material quality feedback.

Maintain and update material Specifications.

Supervise QC checks during boiling, drying, roasting, frying, auto packaging, and finished goods process to ensure product consistency.

Verify critical process parameters are within control limits.

Implement and monitor in-line quality inspection plans at key production stages (Boiling, drying, roasting, frying, auto packaging, and finished goods).

Communicate deviations immediately to production for corrective and preventive actions.

Supervise QC Inspectors working across raw material, packaging, and production areas.

Participate in root cause analysis and implement recurring quality issues.

Participate in internal audits.

Report line and incoming data to the director and cooperate with the director daily and weekly.

Must be able to supervise and inspect raw materials, finished goods, and production processes to ensure quality compliance.

Must be able to perform Data Analysis on inspection results and submit Reports.

Must be able to provide necessary recommendations and training during inspections.

Must possess complete reporting skills, dealing skills, and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to supervise department staff (QC Assistant) to ensure duty performance.

Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate through Teamwork.
