We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer who is passionate about

• Maintain and improve the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (QMS)
• Control and manage documentation (SOPs, Working Instruction, forms, specifications, master documents)
• Handle deviation, CAPA, change control, and risk management processes
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits (regulatory & customer audits)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and company policies
• Conduct training on quality systems and GMP requirements
• Support product complaints and recall procedures when required
• Prepare quality metrics and management review reports
• Handle qualification document and executing of qualification of the facilities, machines and instrument.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years in industrial Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Systems.

• Solid understanding of GMP guidelines (WHO, PIC/S, EU, or local) and general regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in documentation control (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control), Microsoft Office, and analytical problem-solving.

• Good English communication (verbal/written) and willingness to work shifts or holidays when necessary
