  • Set up and maintain project commercial files based on the Controlled BOQ / Project Budget.
  • Update actual cost, committed cost, procurement commitments, subcontract commitments and forecasts.
  • Identify and report budget variance or unusual cost movements.
  • Coordinate procurement schedules, quotation validity and budget checks.
  • Monitor price escalation risks.
  • Prepare and track commercial information for Subcontract Agreements.
  • Carry out site measurement and prepare Client Valuation / Progress Claims.
  • Identify, measure, price and register Variations.
  • Verify Subcontractor Payment Claims against measurement, rates, retention and approved variations.
  • Maintain Variation, Procurement, Subcontract and Payment Registers.
  • Support Final Account measurement and reconciliation.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a QS role, preferably within a construction environment.
  • Knowledge of Quantity Surveying, BOQ, measurement, project cost control, valuation, variation and subcontract commercial control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and company-approved ERP / commercial control tools.
  • Strong accuracy, cost awareness, planning, negotiation support, coordination, problem-solving, integrity and confidentiality.
