An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Review tender invitations, drawings, specifications, BOQs and submission requirements.
  • Establish tender priorities, internal cut-off dates and team work allocation.
  • Review Quantity Take-Offs, BOQs, Cost Estimates and Rate Build-Ups.
  • Apply Maker-Checker controls to critical tender quantities and costing.
  • Coordinate RFQs and review quotation validity, exclusions, lead time and scope coverage.
  • Identify and escalate tender risks, scope gaps and discrepancies.
  • Control tender submission completeness and deadline compliance.
  • Coordinate Tender Presentation strategy, presentation packs and Q&A preparation.
  • Lead preparation and handover of Controlled BOQs for awarded projects.
  • Coach and review QS Engineers within the Tender team.
  • Maintain tender records, quotation databases and tender cost information.

Male/Female

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  •  B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
  •  QS / Cost Management related training or certification is an advantage.
  •  Approximately 5+ years' Tender / Pre-Contract QS / Cost Estimation experience.
  •  Senior-level checking / coordination experience preferred.
  •  Strong knowledge of Quantity Take-Off, BOQ, Cost Estimation, Rate Build-Up, RFQ and Quotation Comparison.
  •  MS Excel, Word and PDF tools proficiency.
  •  AutoCAD / quantity take-off software and ERP exposure are advantages.
  •  Myanmar language and workable English for tender/commercial documents.
  •  Strong accuracy, analytical thinking, deadline control, leadership and problem-solving capability.
