  • Prepare cost estimates for interior decoration, furniture making, and construction projects.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and designs to calculate material and labor costs.
  • Monitor project budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to verify project progress and address discrepancies.
  • Handle payment schedules and ensure timely invoicing for completed work.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in interior decoration, furnishing, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material costs, and tendering processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
