Prepare and review detailed MEP cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
Assist in the preparation of tender evaluations and negotiations.
Manage and control project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and subcontractors.
Review and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and claims related to MEP works.
Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost forecasts and cash flow analysis.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proven experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
