  • Take off quantities for civil and structure works.
  • Provide cost estimates for Civil and Structure
  • Prepare quotation document with pricing schedule and manage the quotation process.
  • Evaluate and compare bids from contractors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with selected contractors and suppliers.
  • Assess and manage variations and changes to the contract process.
  • Ensure all variations are documented and approval.
  • Valuation and payments to contractors and suppliers for civil and structure work.
  • Source and procure materials and equipment for civil and structure works.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
  • Coordinate with project manager, operation manager, engineers, logistics, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of all costs and transactions.
  • Ensure that civil and structure works are integrated with other trades/activities.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
  • Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Drafting of contractual correspondence / agreement

  • Minimum 8 years of working experiences gained from a real estate company, a consultancy firm, a main contractor, with a focus on Civil and Structural works.
  • Fluent in English 4 skills
