1) Database Maintenance, All Site Status Management
 - UT Tracker New Site Information update (coordinate, Region/State, Township)
 - PTD Annual Report Submission support
 - Performance report(PAM) preparation support

2) Roll Out Planning Support
 - Daily roll out problematic sites discussion and tracking
 - Change Order for Problematic site Approval & Update into UT tracker
 - All Scope DB Update based on approve change order
 - Need to travel rural area for support site designing

3) Coverage Planning Support
 - Do Verifying and resolution for new requested coverage by MPT regional/VIP or government
 - Customer Complain follow up for initial assessment from RF Design perspective

4) Capacity Planning Support
 - Low Throughput sector assessment & resolution
-  Analysis of Capacity Requirement and provide recommended solution

5) SAR and TSSR Support
- SAR and TSSR validation for all scopes (new sites/expansions)
- SAR and TSSR Monthly Submission Forecast Report
- SAR and TSSR Progress Management

6) Support of Other Tasks
- Design preparation for special projects [e.g USF)
- Lead Trial Projects
- Plan for special events and festivals

7) Simulation & Reporting
 - Monthly Onair base coverage simulation (Nationwide, Regionwide)
 - Technical KPI Update for (Geo/Pop)
 - Technical KPI Dashboard Update for (Geo/Pop)
 - Dismantle Sites Coverage Assessment and Traffic Shifting Simulation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics)
• Minimum 4 years and above 
• High level knowledge of GSM, UMTS and LTE Theories and Concept

• Good at Vendor Management

• Good at Project Management

• Knowledge of  Optimization (Drive Test and KPI Analysis)

• Knowledge of Indoor Planning

• Wireless Network Capacity and Dimensioning

• Good in the Planning tools usage (Atoll, Mapinfo, Global Mapper, Google Earth)
