Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Ygn & Ayeyarwaddy Division to lead field sales, grow market share, and strengthen customer relationships for a fast-moving food and beverage brand.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and coach the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
● Develop sales strategies to expand coverage across Yangon and Ayeyarwaddy Division.
● Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business growth.
● Review sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
● Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensure smooth execution.
● Support new product launches, promotions, and trade activities in assigned areas.

● Any Graduated OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with team leadership experience an advantage.
● Strong knowledge of FMCG or food and beverage sales channels.
● Proven ability to meet targets, manage territory plans, and drive revenue growth.
● Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear reports and action plans.
● Willingness to travel within Yangon and Ayeyarwaddy Division.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
