  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the generator and car spare parts industry.
  • Lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing products based on market insights, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
  • Evaluate all new potential customers throughout the country with standard approaching techniques. Need to hunt all projects concerned with product nature.
  • Strong communication and effective dealing skills with suppliers, manufactures, dealers and retail shops.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and feasibility analysis to prototype development, testing, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the research and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize innovation and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all products developed by the R&D team.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to product safety, emissions, and environmental sustainability, ensuring all products comply with relevant requirements.
  • Evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that could enhance product performance, reduce costs, or streamline manufacturing processes.
