Job Summary
A motivated Sales and Marketing Supervisor to drive sales growth, support market expansion, and coordinate promotional activities in Yangon. The role focuses on building customer relationships, tracking performance, and ensuring strong execution across sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
● Lead customer relationship management and support key account growth and retention.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, delivery, and service.
● Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.
● Support promotional campaigns, product visibility, and brand awareness initiatives.
● Guide and motivate sales staff to maintain high productivity and service quality.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in trading/distribution.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to lead a team, set priorities, and meet sales targets consistently.
● Good understanding of market analysis, customer service, and promotional planning.
● Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools; able to prepare clear sales reports.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in Yangon, Mingaladon.
