Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead daily sales activities, support the team, and drive business growth in Yangon. The role focuses on building customer relationships, improving sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Car Spa & Sale Service Working Experience 1Years Or 2Years*
● Supervise daily sales activities and support the team to meet targets.
● Monitor sales performance and prepare regular updates for management.
● Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service processes.
● Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
● Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.

● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a supervisory role.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
● Ability to lead, motivate, and support a sales team effectively.
● Good problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
● Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting skills.
● Able to work in Hlaing Township, Yangon.
● Experience level: Experienced Non-Manager.
