We are seeking a dynamic Sales Admin with prior Sales and Marketing experience to join our team. In this role he/she would be responsible for bridging the gap between our marketing and sales team. effectively managing inbound leads and identifying sales opportunities.

Job Description

• Sales experience 

• Qualify new inbound sales leads efficiently

• Manage and respond to telephone inquiries, discussing product benefits, services, pricing, and promotion details with potential clients

• Provide customer support addressing product requests, pricing details, and campaign information through the telephone, email, and various internet channels

Marketing Experience:

• Participate in various marketing promotions and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales

• Understand competitor strategies and have the ability to respond and overcome any challenges

• Ability to work with other departments, provide constructive feedback, support with improvements as well as conduct product testing 

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing plans to support and drive business growth

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with 

• Knowledge  and experience in the recruitment is an advantage  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Computer skills with experience using microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint) or alternatively Google Suite (docs, sheets and slides) 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams

• Hard-working, honest, and a helpful team player with a positive attitude
