  • Prepare and check the sales team necessary tender documents
  • To Check tender Specification
  • To Prepare purchase order and to by local purchase
  • Communication with procurement department for requirement data
  • Request the document before arrived cargo
  • Checking stock receipt after arrived cargo and if have the stock different, damage and shortage, inform to logistic department
  • Prepare and check to store request form
  • Summarize the daily entry report
  • Supporting the sales force with sales administrative works(such as data entry sales data analysis)
  • Report update stock by daily
  • Check with stock In/Out from warehouse
  • Prepare to weekly, monthly, yearly sales condition report
  • Checking stock issued and receipt from warehouse
  • Checking sign & approved of related person
  • Checking the document before stock issue and receiving
  • Received phone call, collect orders and record way plan
  • Cooperate with relevant department
  • To Follow up for PO/PG payment to the account

  • BE (EP/EC) or Any Graduated
  • At least 3 years experience in related fields
  • Proficiency in English 4 skills
