Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) with 5 years of site experience in RC building and infrastructure projects. Strong ability to read and interpret construction/structural drawings, specifications, and BOQ. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, site measurement, quantity take-off, surveying, quality control, HSE, and construction codes. Experienced in concrete works, formwork, rebar works, and inspection procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD (basic–intermediate) and MS Excel & Word, with knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera). Capable of site supervision, progress monitoring, daily reporting, material control, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, and ability to work under pressure while ensuring safety and quality compliance
Primarily responsible for Recruitment, especially for staffing needs in Nay Pyi Taw and various Civil Projects, ensuring timely and accurate manpower fulfillment. Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions in Developer, Civil Engineering, and Trading departments. Must have experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating Corporate Training programs. Able to assist the HR Manager in Policy development and overall HR Planning activities. Must be resilient under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude. Should have solid experience in consulting on employee-related issues and providing effective problem-solving and resolution support.
Job Summary: The PSO to the Managing Director serves as the right hand to the MD, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings and events with briefings and relevant materials. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Facilitate communication and follow-ups on the MD’s directives and decisions. Strategic Assistance: Support the MD in strategic planning and tracking progress on key initiatives. Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefing notes as needed. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD and record minutes or action points. Operational Oversight: Liaise with department heads to ensure timely flow of information and execution of directives. Track deadlines, deliverables, and reports for the MD’s review. Support special projects, events, and executive-level initiatives.
