Job Summary: The PSO to the Managing Director serves as the right hand to the MD, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings and events with briefings and relevant materials. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Job Description – Nuclear Medicine / Technology Technician Job Purpose: The Nuclear Medicine / Technology Technician will support the design, setup, calibration, and operation of nuclear-based diagnostic or analytical systems used in medical, educational, or research environments. This role ensures the accurate, safe, and efficient use of nuclear or radiological equipment, contributes to data collection and analysis, and upholds all local and international safety standards. Core Responsibilities A. Equipment Operation & Technical Support Set up, configure, and operate nuclear medicine equipment (e.g., gamma camera, PET/CT, or radiation detection instruments). Perform system calibration, performance verification, and preventive maintenance according to OEM standards. Conduct equipment functional testing before and after installation, ensuring all quality assurance (QA/QC) procedures are followed. Support imaging or analytical procedures that utilize radioactive tracers or isotopes. B. Radiation Safety & Quality Control Apply radiation protection principles (ALARA – As Low As Reasonably Achievable). Monitor exposure levels using dosimeters, survey meters, and area monitors. Assist in managing radioactive material storage, decay, and disposal logs. Prepare and maintain radiation safety documentation for audits or inspections. C. Research & Technical Documentation Collect, process, and analyze imaging or detection data using specialized software tools. Prepare technical and procedural documentation for system operation, calibration and troubleshooting. Support test runs and pilot experiments related to nuclear measurement or detection methods. D. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with physicists, biomedical engineers, and radiologists on system optimization. Liaise with suppliers and technical partners for spare parts and software updates. Ensure all communication and project documentation remain confidential and protected.

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress. Check and control material usage, equipment, and manpower allocation on site. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control in every stage of construction. Assist the Project Engineer or Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Solve technical and operational issues that occur on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, materials, and completed works.
Must have a strong understanding of Construction Project Planning & Operation. Must be capable of managing projects effectively to ensure completion according to the project schedule. Must be able to manage and supervise relevant labor subcontractors efficiently. Must be able to provide necessary instructions to the Survey Team. Must have good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government building construction projects.
