- Promote and sell the company’s Tour Packages, Airline Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Visa Services, and other travel-related services.
- Identify and develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and budgets and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Promote travel packages, special offers, and company services through Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
- Prepare basic marketing content/captions for social media and coordinate with the Graphic Designer when necessary.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
- Coordinate with the Ticketing, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
- Participate in company events, travel fairs, promotional activities, and other marketing activities when required.
- Perform other Sales & Marketing-related duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by Management.
- Assist with other relevant tasks or operational duties when necessary, based on the needs of the company.
