The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively lead a sales team, drive performance, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
o    Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales assistants to achieve individual and team sales targets
o    Implement and manage sales initiatives to support the Business growth
o    Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback to team
o    Assist in training new sales team members
o    Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, merchandising, and inventory management
o    Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to maximize sales potential
o    Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, pricing, and sales activities
o    Prepare the sales and inventory reports to re-order 
o    Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
o    Participate in seasonal campaign and other marketing events in store 
o    Ensuring Compliance and Operating Under SOPs

o    Bachelor's degree Holder 
o    3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
o    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams
o    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
o    Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
o    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed


Additional Qualifications
- Experience in retail showroom management is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and home appliances industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
