  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales strategies and business plans.
  • Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
  • Drive business development for electrical products, transformers, switchgear, panels, and related solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, revenue, gross margin, and sales pipeline.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Review sales forecasts, quotation status, order conversion, and project pipeline.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports for Management.
  • Review and approve technical proposals, quotations, costing, and commercial offers.
  • Ensure customer specifications and technical requirements are properly evaluated.
  • Lead technical discussions and negotiations with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions for complex technical and commercial issues.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Sales Engineer team.
  • Assign customers, projects, and sales targets to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Develop team members' technical sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer management skills.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or related field.
  • Sales & Marketing qualification is an advantage.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical / Technical Sales.
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory.
  • Strong experience in Electrical, Transformer, Switchgear, Power Distribution, or Electrical Manufacturing.
  • Experience in project-based sales, tendering, and key account management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical standards and customer/project specifications.
  • Strong understanding of costing, pricing, quotation, and commercial terms.
