  • Lead the Sales Team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching, guidance, and leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Air Conditioning products and services.
  • Oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Service Teams.
  • Lead customer relationship management activities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Establish and improve after-sales service processes to enhance customer retention and long-term business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic recommendations for management review.

  • Extensive experience in sales management, business development, and key account management.
  • Strong understanding of after-sales service management and customer support processes.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and business expansion.
