- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and drive the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
- Be familiar with and able to visit General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and other retail outlets throughout Mandalay.
- Conduct market visits, route checks, and on-the-job sales training for the Sales Team when necessary.
- Monitor competitors' daily market activities and provide timely reports to management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Team to implement sales and marketing activities effectively.
