  • Prepare accurate and timely project cost estimates (COGS).
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents for tender submissions.
  • Review and analyze technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Sales, Design, QS, Operations, and Finance teams throughout the bidding process.
  • Prepare project budgets for the Operations and Finance departments.
  • Prepare Project Charters and other project-related documentation.
  • Support the Sales Team in quotation clarification, price negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and project status reports.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation related to costing, quotations, and tender submissions

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field or Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in MEP, or Construction Materials, Building Materials ,Engineering Services.
  • Experience in B2B sales, project sales, tendering, and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
