Job Summary

Lead sales growth for a trading and distribution business in Yangon. The Sales Manager will build strong client relationships, drive new business, and guide the team to achieve revenue targets across local market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
● Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned areas.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report results to management.
● Lead, coach, and support the sales team to improve productivity and customer service.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and on-time delivery.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales or business development, with managerial exposure.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Experience in trading, distribution, import, or export industry is an advantage.
● Ability to analyze sales data, plan effectively, and meet targets consistently.
● Good communication skills in English and Burmese.
● Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
● Based in Yangon, with the ability to travel as needed.
