Royal Taunggyi Hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Female) to lead our sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence across corporate and agency channels, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

• Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Drive overall hotel sales to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Business Development: Actively seek out new corporate clients, travel agencies, and potential business partners to expand the customer base.
• Promotions & Packages: Develop and implement attractive room promotions, seasonal packages, and special offers to maximize room occupancy.
• Event & Banquet Sales: Proactively secure bookings for events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and private parties.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen positive, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, room rates, promotional strategies, and industry trends to keep the hotel competitive.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, corporate discounts, and contractual agreements with clients and travel partners.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, target achievements, and revenue updates to senior management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a degree/diploma in Hospitality or Marketing is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the Hotel / Hospitality Industry.
• Specialized Knowledge: Solid background in Room Sales, Banquet & Event Sales, Travel Agency Sales, as well as Group & Corporate Sales.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems.
• Key Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Accommodation: Must be able and willing to stay in the provided hotel staff accommodation in Taunggyi.
