Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
Lead and coach sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote logistics services including freight forwarding, transportation, dry port, and warehousing solutions.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or Logistics Sales with proven management experience.
Strong knowledge of logistics services, transportation, warehousing, multimodal transport, and supply chain solutions.
Proven experience in business development, customer relationship management, and sales team leadership.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel as required.
