Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

  • Meet potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service.

  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and claims in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to review their coverage and recommend updates when necessary.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Prospect new clients and upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients to increase policy premiums.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and services offered by the company.

  • Provide professional advice and consultation to clients based on their needs and financial capacity.

  • Collect necessary client information and complete documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, insurance regulations, and company policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques.

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking activities to build professional relationships.

  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions and represent the company positively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a strong passion for achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and customers.
