  • Supervise daily sales operations across assigned retail stores or zones
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper execution of in-store promotions, displays, and launches
  • Track effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback and insights to marketing teams
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and market penetration

  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel if required
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
