A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the Modern Trade channel.
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts and sales action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores.
  • Negotiate product listings, promotions, display space and shelf visibility.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure product displays, planograms and POSM are implemented according to company standards.
  • Execute promotional campaigns effectively at assigned stores.
  • Monitor stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor outstanding payments from credit customers.
  • Handle product returns and damaged stock in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and sales processes.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Male or Female. (Age below 40 years.)
  • Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Honest, responsible and results-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
