• Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary.
• Coordinate vacation & sick days and reschedule work within the sales team once staff went on leave (emergency/Medical leave)
• Coordinate & communicate the delivery of stocks.
• Coordinate customer’s call for orders & complaints.
• Coordinate & assemble all orders with accounts discrepancies from CRs & SRs
• Conduct stock check once a month in the warehouse
• Handle all paper work for the assigned sales team.
• Organize special events.
• Any other relevant duties, as and when necessary

- Age 23 – 35
- University graduate
- Sales experience with (FMCG) Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of main software applications of daily computer use (e.g. MS office)
- Driving license
