A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Import/Export Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance and Border Trading.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Visit clients regularly to understand their logistics requirements and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and service terms with customers.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, service agreements and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations and sales opportunities from initial contact to closing.
Coordinate with the Operations, Documentation and Supporting Teams to ensure shipments are handled smoothly according to customer requirements.
Monitor shipment progress and communicate with customers to resolve service issues when required.
Attend client meetings, business networking events and industry-related activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, including inquiry reports and new client reports.
Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities and follow-ups in the CRM system
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business and increase account value.
Provide market feedback, customer requirements and competitor information to the management team.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of Sales / Business Development experience.
Candidates with Logistics / Freight Forwarding Sales experience are strongly preferred.
Good understanding of Import/Export Air Freight and Sea Freight processes.
Knowledge of Customs Clearance and Border Trading will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Good command of English and Myanmar.
Willing to travel for client visits, sales activities and business meetings.
