  • Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, credit card transactions, and payroll are recorded properly.
  • Assisting the Senior Manager in developing and monitoring departmental, project and organizational budget; assisting with monthly financial reporting needs.
  • Provide technical support and advice on Management.
  • Managing select administration activities, such as state unemployment and income tax registrations.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet organizational requirements.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Support month-end and year-end close process

  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field a plus.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant accounting experiences.
  • Must have LCCI Level 2,3.

  • Must be using Accounting Software.
  • Must have good interpersonal and teamwork.
  •  Must be able to work long term and be patient.
  • Able to working under pressure.
