• Generating sales invoices to customers in a timely manner in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Listing with relevant department to view new and existing customer contracts for billing purpose.
• Checking monthly Form 31s for Commercial Tax of revenue invoices.
• Posting and Checking Accounts Receivable and receipt transactions into the accounting software accurately and promptly.
• Ensuring all transactions are supported with proper documentation and the accuracy of customer invoices and receipts.
• Assisting in tracking outstanding receivables.
• Responsible for reviewing and generating AR again reports on a bi-monthly basis and performing reconciliations as required.
• Sending the monthly reminder letter to overdue customers.
• Checking bank statements against receivable records.
• Communicating with banks for the requirement to facilitate the efficient receipt of incoming funds if necessary
• Maintain the Inventory, overviewing the Fixed Assets and Other Asset Stock Taking.
• Maintaining proper filing of AR documents for audit purposes.
• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Taxation Matters.
• Effective Communication and Leadership Skills.
• Prior experience in corporate budgeting and financial forecasting is preferred.
• Liaising with auditors for AR-related matters.
• Performing Ad Hoc Assignments and Tasks Assigned by Seniors.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Banking knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in MKS accounting software is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration

        OR

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with undergraduate level or postgraduate level diploma in Accounting

       OR

• Part-qualified ACCA or CPA (preferably Part 2 for ACCA, Part 1 for CPA)
• Competence in Microsoft office applications and computerized accounting software.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, Organization skills, and time management abilities.
• Strong leadership skills
• Initiative, independence, integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Myanmar.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional accounting experience required.
