• Checking Daily Cash counting for beginning and ending balance tally with cash account.
• Maintain FIFO method to tally Cash counting and SAP Cash in hand.
• Update and reconciliation Bank, Credit Cards and Advance cash accounts on a daily basis, and report to FM,
• Checking advance settlement expense vouchers and set the account code. Accounting and Book Keeping

- Updating SAP database (Out-going payment and Incoming Payment) on a daily basis. - Update Payables and Receivable Account based on Invoice received from Supplier,

- Update provision account based on new service contract and amendment of the contracts.

- Accountability of book keeping of different accounts from different projects with accurate approval process.

- Issue Invoicing, Debit Note and Credit Note, Booking in SAP Reporting and Financial Management.

• Manage and support documenation and Audit report to assessment to internal audit and External Audit
• Proceed Withholding tax, Commercial tax issue.
• Establishing non-cash transaction, AP, AR, GL
• Checking and adjustment for monthly basic.
• Revaluation of Asset and monetary
• Assist and support admin and HR
• Proceed the Grant allocate to the partner

• B Com / B Act / LCCI Level III  /  CPA Attendance / ACCA Attendance
• At least 3 years in Senior Account level.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and SAP packages
• Experiences in Grant Experiences at NGO or Microfinance background
