Key Responsibilities🔹 Oversee the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory)🔹 Manage all tax matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance🔹 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports🔹 Lead month-end and year-end closing activities🔹 Manage the Odoo ERP accounting system and ensure data accuracy🔹 Implement internal controls and support audit processes🔹 Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities🔹 Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis🔹 Support management reporting and strategic decisions🔹 Supervise and coach junior accounting staff

Requirements🔹 Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
🔹 B.Com or equivalent qualification🔹 Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation🔹 Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP🔹 Solid experience in full set accounting and tax compliance🔹 Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
