Job Summary
Experienced Senior Accountant to support NRF (No Replacements Found) Co.,Ltd in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Based in Kyauktada, Yangon, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional in the clothing/garment/textile industry.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
● Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for management.
● Review payables, receivables, expenses, and cash flow transactions for accuracy.
● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
● Coordinate with auditors and support audits with timely documents and explanations.
● Monitor inventory-related accounting and industry-specific finance processes.
● Improve accounting controls, reporting accuracy, and overall workflow efficiency.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Proven experience in accounting, preferably in garment, textile, or manufacturing.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
● Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and closing activities.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Based in Yangon and able to work in Kyauktada.
