တိုင်ကြားမှု အောင်မြင်ပါသည်

• Verify whether operational accounting data, such as Revenue and Expenses recorded in the Cash Book by Junior Accountants, is properly reconciled with the Accounting Software.
• Check and reconcile daily Sales Invoices, Cash Receipts, Gold Issue Forms, and gold product outflows against the Accounting Software.
• Reconcile bank deposits, withdrawals, and KPay screenshots with the accounting records.
• Conduct surprise inspections of gold products at the shop once a week.
• Update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Review and verify interest calculations for Gold Savings, Cash Savings, Gold Deposits, and Cash Deposits.
• Calculate Fixed Asset Depreciation and conduct a physical verification of fixed assets once a month.
• Perform monthly account closing.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Prepare tax reports and documents for taxes payable to the government.
• Possess strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.

• Junior များ သွင်းထားသော Cash Book ဝင်ငွေ (Revenue) နှင့် အသုံးစရိတ် (Expenses) စသည့် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုများအတွက် စာရင်းအချက်အလက်များကိုAccounting Software ဖြင့်ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• နေ့စဉ် အရောင်းဘောက်ချာ/ငွေလက်ခံဘောင်ချာ/Gold Issue Form များနှင့် ရွှေထည် အထွက် ကို Accounting Software ဖြင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• ဘဏ်ငွေသွင်း/ငွေထုတ်များနှင့် KPay Screenshot များကို တိုက်စစ်ခြင်း။
• ဆိုင်ရှိ ရွှေထည်များကို တပတ် (၁)ခါ ရှောင်တခင် ဝင်ရောက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• ပေးရန်ရှိ/ရရန်ရှိ စာရင်းများကို Update လုပ်ပြီး Invoice များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ၊ အချိန်မီ ပေးချေရမည်။ 
•  ရွှေစု/ငွေစု/ရွှေအပ်/ငွေအပ် စာရင်းများအတွက် အတိုးတွက်ချက်မှုများကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• Fixed Asset - Deprecation တွက်ပြီး ပိုင်ဆိုင်မူ့ မျက်မြင်ရှိမရှိ တလ-၁ ကြိမ် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
• လချုပ် စာရင်းများ ပိတ်ခြင်း။
• အရှုံးအမြတ်စာရင်း (P&L) နှင့် လက်ကျန်ရှင်းတမ်း (Balance Sheet) ပြုစုခြင်း။
• အစိုးရသို့ ပေးဆောင်ရမည့် အခွန်စာရင်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
• စနစ်တကျ စီမံနိုင်မှု (Organizational Skills) နှင့် အချိန်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Time Management Skills) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related degree, with LCCI Level III (UK) qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in Audit and Taxation.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Advanced Excel and experienced in using accounting software.
• Must be available to join immediately.

• ပညာအရည်အချင်း: B.Com (သို့မဟုတ်) ဆက်စပ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုနှင့် LCCI Level III (UK) အောင်မြင်ထားသူ
• အတွေ့အကြုံ: သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းကိုင်နယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်အထိ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။(Audit နှင့် Taxation အတွေ့အကြုံပါရှိရမည်)
• နည်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု: Advanced Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး , Accounting Software တခုခု အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့်အတွေ့ကြုံရှိရမည်။
