  • Oversee the full lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop technical solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in IT projects related to application deployment or enhancement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing IT systems.
  • Work on data migration, ETL processes, and interfacing with other software solutions.
  • Provide second and third-level support for escalated application issues.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts and end-users on application features and best practices.
  • Ensure all applications comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in application environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Prepare user manuals and training materials as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • At least 5–8 years of experience in application analysis, support, or related roles.

  • Proven experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS).

  • Proficiency in programming languages, database management (SQL), and system integration.

  •  Familiarity with ITSM tools, cloud platforms, and application monitoring solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
