We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing agency team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Account Team in developing strategic pitch proposals, presenting to clients, and securing management approval. 

• Onboard new clients, assign account teams, and ensure smooth projects from kickoff to delivery.

• Oversee client management and maintain high satisfaction levels through exceptional service delivery

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and strategic focus

• Gather and interpret client briefs, then debrief internal teams with clarity and strategic insight

• Provide strategic marketing and creative guidance by evaluating ideas and ensuring all campaigns align with brand objectives and quality standards.

• Support, coach, and develop the account team to maximize their performance and growth.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing brand accounts (preferably in FMCG, Telco, or Beverages).

• Experience on the brand/client side is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and brand communications.

• Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Previous experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is a must.
