  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team under three main areas: Brand & Product, CRM & Customer Success, and Creative.
  • Establish annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive internal and external brand communication initiatives.
  • Oversee brand development for 18K, Diamond, and TikTok product lines.
  • Manage campaign strategy, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Direct social media, website, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising activities.
  • Approve digital content plans and ensure audience engagement growth.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics to improve ROI.
  • Lead CRM initiatives, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee Customer Service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use CRM insights to enhance marketing campaigns and customer journey experience.
  • Present regular reports on marketing performance to the Executive Director/Managing Director.
  • Build SOPs and workflow systems for efficient campaign execution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or CRM preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years in Marketing or Brand Management roles.
  • At least 3 years in managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
