▪ Assist in managing and coordinating tenant fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, fit-out guidelines, building regulations, safety requirements, and project schedules.
▪ Conduct site inspections, review technical submissions, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of fit-out projects.
▪ Supervise tenant fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, safety regulations, and mall requirements.
▪ Review fit-out drawings, coordinate internal comments, and monitor design changes during construction.
▪ Inspect site progress, workmanship, and quality. Identify issues, follow up on corrective actions, and monitor project schedules.
▪ Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and relevant departments. Provide fit-out guidance and report project status or critical issues.
▪ Coordinate inspections, T&C, and handover activities, and maintain fit-out documentation and records.

▪ 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, construction, or site supervision.

▪ Age between 30 and 40 years.
▪ Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related qualification.
▪ Knowledge of fit-out, architectural finishing, MEP, construction materials, site inspection, and tenant fit-out requirements.
▪ Proficient in technical/shop drawing reading, AutoCAD, site inspection, snagging, MEP coordination, reporting, and documentation.
▪ Good coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
▪ Good English communication and MS Office skills.
▪ Basic construction safety and PPE knowledge.
▪ Responsible, proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
