  4. Collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams drives strategic campaign direction.

  5. The designer translates complex strategic goals into compelling creative visual concepts.

  6. Responsibilities include mentoring and providing constructive design feedback to junior and mid-level team members.

  7. The role oversees multi-channel creative projects from original concept through final production.

  8. Daily duties involve pitching creative ideas and presenting final design assets to key stakeholders.

  9. Precision is required to ensure all production files meet exact print specifications or digital display standards.

  10. Staying ahead of design trends, emerging software, and industry best practices keeps the brand modern and competitive.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma is essential.

  • Expert knowledge of typography, layout composition, color theory, and print/digital production standards is required.

  • Proven experience leading brand identity development and managing design project workflows is necessary.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaborative skills are critical for presenting concepts to stakeholders.

    • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing project deadlines are required.
