Skills and Experience
· Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in an international school or cross-cultural environment.
· Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR information systems.
· Understanding of safeguarding practices and confidentiality requirements.
· Familiarity with Myanmar Labour Law and international staff processes is an advantage.
