Design & Technical Oversight

• Review and coordinate M&E designs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Analyze and approve M&E drawings, technical specifications, and equipment selection.
• Ensure all M&E systems comply with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Project & Site Supervision

• Monitor and inspect M&E works at project sites to ensure quality and adherence to design.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

Maintenance & Operations (if in operations role)

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all M&E systems.
• Manage system breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs with the maintenance team.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare progress reports, inspection checklists, and handover documents.
• Assist in preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.

Team Collaboration

• Guide and support junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct technical training and ensure the engineering team follows best practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E Mech / B.E Elec).
• Postgraduate qualification or professional license is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience in M&E engineering roles.
• Experience in building services, construction projects, or facility management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in M&E site supervision, testing & commissioning.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in ACMV, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering calculation tools.

Soft Skills
